Industrial Visit at Vishakhapatnam (2025) of Gallery

Students undertook a comprehensive industrial visit to Visakhapatnam and Kakinada, exploring ports, logistics hubs, defense, and industrial units. Key sites included Vishakha Container Terminal Pvt. Ltd. (VCTPL), Gateway Distriparks CFS, Gangavaram Port, Kakinada Port, and Hindustan Shipyard Ltd, offering insights into port logistics, cargo handling, and shipbuilding. Visits to the Eastern Naval Command, Indian Coast Guard, and India Meteorological Department (IMD) provided exposure to maritime defense, coastal surveillance, and weather forecasting. A visit to BHEL added understanding of large-scale industrial manufacturing. The tour offered a rich learning experience across logistics, maritime, and industrial domains.
